The site has no forms, and we do not collect any sensitive information.
3. Purposes

We do not use your information for other purposes without your consent, except where permitted by law.

6. Disclosure to third parties
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it with the providers that help us run our business, to the extent necessary:
- website hosting: Netlify, Inc. (United States);
- email: Google Workspace;

These providers must protect the information and use it only for the intended purposes. We may also disclose information when required by law.
7. Disclosure outside Québec
Some of our providers host or process information outside Québec, including in the United States. Before disclosing personal information outside Québec, we conduct a privacy impact assessment and ensure, through a written agreement, that it receives adequate protection.
8. Retention and destruction
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected: as a rule, up to three years after our last exchange for inquiries, and for the period required by law for information related to an engagement, including tax requirements. It is then securely destroyed or anonymized.
9. Security
We take reasonable security measures suited to the sensitivity of the information: access limited to authorized people, encrypted connections and established providers.
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, we notify the Commission d’accès à l’information and the people concerned, as required by law.

At any time, you may:
- request access to the personal information we hold about you;
- request its correction if it is inaccurate, incomplete or equivocal;
- withdraw your consent to its use;
- request that it be provided to you, or to a third party, in a structured, commonly used technological format;
- request that its dissemination cease or that any hyperlink attached to your name be de-indexed, in the cases provided by law.
